|1. Service Area Coverage and Availability
DNA Tec Services INC generally provides service coverage in the Iroquois County area and may include other towns and/or cities than those listed. DNA Tec Services INC, however, makes no guarantee as to the availability of service coverage at any particular location. Local pick-up and delivery will be provided for the Iroquois County area, but DNA Tec Services INC has the right to change this policy at any given time, without prior notice.2. Business Hours and Availability of Services
DNA Tec Services INC provides technical services within the hours of 5PM to 8pm Monday through Friday. DNA Tec Services INC, however, reserves the rights to amend these hours, without prior notice. DNA Tec Services INC does not make any guarantee as to the time frame of services provided, unless expressed directly to the client. Availability of services may depend upon the availability of services and parts. DNA Tec Services INC shall not be held liable for delays in its own products or services caused by shortages or delays from any such third party, although reasonable efforts shall be made to ensure the efficient delivery of products and services.

TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF DNA Tec Services INC ONLINE REMOTE REPAIR SERVICE AND ALL APPLICABLE SERVICE AND DIAGNOSTIC FEES
By accepting a remote connection to DNA Tec Services Online Remote Repair Service including diagnostics, upgrade, installation, setup, backup or other services on your computer from DNA Tec Services, you are acknowledging that you have read and understand these TERMS AND CONDITIONS as described below. AS NOTED BELOW, BY CHECKING THE “I AGREE” BOX, YOU ALSO AGREE TO ALL OF DNA TEC SERVICES ONLINE REMOTE REPAIR SERVICE TERMS AND ALL OF THE SERVICE AND DIAGNOSTIC CONDITIONS AND FEES THAT APPLY.
Backup Data Prior to Service:
During the course of repair, customer personal data can be lost and unrecoverable. You agree and understand that it is your (the customer’s) responsibility to maintain copies of ALL data on your computer, and to obtain and/or make such copies and/or archives to external media PRIOR to authorizing DNA Tec Services to commence remote services for you. DNA Tec Services staff, partners or affiliates are not responsible for lost, missing, unrecoverable or damaged data that may occur during a repair/service session. By acceptance of this agreement and connection to DNA Tec Services Online Remote Repair Service you agree and affirm that you have made a backup copy, to an external archive, of any/all data on your computer’s hard drive that you wish to retain.
You have requested remote access repair service which includes repair, evaluation, diagnostics, upgrade, installation, setup, malware* removal, backup or other services on your computer from DNA Tec Services. Note that at the conclusion of a remote access repair service session that is terminated by either the customer or a DNA Tec Services technician, the data connection and all access between DNA Tec Services Remote Access Repair Service and the customer computer is completely severed and DNA Tec Services can no longer access the customer computer without the explicit authorization of the customer to make a new connection.
It is not our usual practice to access customer data. Any customer data temporarily archived by DNA Tec Services, either by customer’s separate service request or in the course of a Remote Access Repair Service, will not be shared in any manner or with any other entity or person, in accordance with applicable law regarding confidentiality of customer data.
Fees and Charges:
DNA Tec Services will attempt to determine, diagnose and repair/upgrade or service your computer via remote access for an applicable fee. Remote access repair services require a working broadband Internet connection to the computer under repair but can include voice telephone consultation services. In some instances, a successful repair is not possible due to unforeseen problems with your computer’s hardware, software or configuration. Under these circumstances, DNA Tec Services is not liable for incomplete repairs, but will forego any charges, or issue a full refund for any charges made, for that specific unsuccessful remote diagnosis and repair attempt.
Payment for the DNA Tec Services rendered is due upon completion of the repair by cash payment, or credit card (Discover, MasterCard, Visa or American Express) processed through secure merchant services Square and or PayPal.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, DNA Tec Services is not liable for, and you agree to hold DNA Tec Services harmless, from any and all damages, costs, and expenses incurred as the result of any loss, defect or damage to any software or data residing or recorded in your computer, whether incurred during the course of DNA Tec Services services or otherwise. If service involves transferring information or installing software, you represent that you have the legal right to use/copy the information and to use the software and agree to the terms of the software license, and you authorize DNA Tec Services to transfer the information and accept such terms on your behalf in performing the service.
By accepting your order for service on your computer, DNA Tec Services warrants that service will be performed to the best of our ability. DNA Tec Services does not warrant that the service provided by DNA Tec Services will perform at a particular speed, bandwidth or data throughput rate. All services with the exception of virus and malware* removal are warranted for a period of five (5) days at the discretion of DNA Tec Services. Virus and malware* eradication will be done to the best of our ability using the most up-to date techniques and professional software removal tools. There are no implied or other warranties made by DNA Tec Services with respect to repairs or services. DNA Tec Services total liability to you for any and all damages whatsoever is limited to the amounts paid to DNA Tec Services for the services rendered.
Certification and Acceptance:
By checking the “I Agree” box and clicking the continue button, I, (customer) agree that I am of legal age and am the owner or owner’s authorized agent of the computer or equipment for which services are sought from DNA Tec Services. By clicking the link to launch the remote session, I will accept service from DNA Tec Services and acknowledge that I have read and understand these terms and conditions and agree to all terms and conditions stated herein. I ALSO AGREE TO DNA TEC SERVICES ONLINE REMOTE REPAIR SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND ALL FEES THAT MAY APPLY.
*Malware is malicious software designed to harm or secretly access a computer system without the owner’s informed consent and is a software program or file that is, or may be, harmful to a computer user including a variety of forms of hostile, intrusive, or annoying software or program code such as computer viruses, worms, trojan horses, spyware, dishonest adware, scareware, crimeware, most rootkits, and other unwanted software or programs sometimes known as a computer contaminant.
